A K RASTOGI & ASSOCIATES (AKR&A) is a practicing Company Secretaries firm established on 13th March, 2020 by A.K. Rastogi, Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS). He has over 44 years of experience both in Public and Private Sector and has dealt with all aspects of Company law matters, Issue of Shares and Debentures to Public through IPO, FPO and on Private Placement basis, Compliance of Listing Regulations, Institutional Finance, Due Diligence of Corporates, Drafting of MOU, Joint Venture Agreement and formation of Joint Venture Companies in India and abroad, Merger and Amalgamation etc.

The Firm is providing whole range of corporate services in the following areas:
a. Secretarial Audit under Companies Act 2013.
b. Certification and filing of various E- Forms under Companies Act 2013.
c. Certification of Annual Return in Form MGT-8 and filing of Annual Financial Statements in AOC-4 and AOC- 4(XBRL) (including conversion of financial statements in XML/ pdf format as per XBRL Taxonomy).
d. Due Diligence Report for Banks and Corporates.
e. Drafting of MOU and Joint Venture Agreement and formation of Joint Venture Companies.
f. Corporate Advisory Services including Legal opinion on matter pertaining to Company Law and Securities Regulations.
g. Claim of investors for shares transferred to IEPF Authority

a. Issue of re-conciliation of share Capital Audit Report in accordance with SEBI Regulations.
b. Annual Secretarial Compliance Report.
c. Certificate under clause C (10) (i) of Schedule V of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015
d. Certificate on Corporate Governance Report under clause E of Schedule V of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015
e. Acting as Scrutinizer at the General Meetings/Postal Ballots.
