• Ensuring all share-related transactions comply with SEBI LODR and SCRA regulations.

Identifying Unclaimed Shares/Dividends

• Auditing and maintaining records of unclaimed dividends and corresponding shares.

Filing IEPF Forms

• Preparation and filing of necessary forms (IEPF-1, IEPF-2, IEPF-3, IEPF-4, and IEPF-5) as per the IEPF Rules.

Transfer of Shares to IEPF Authority

• Facilitating the transfer of unclaimed shares to the IEPF Authority after the 7-year period, as required under the Companies Act.

Reclaiming Shares/Dividends from IEPF on behalf of Investors
